Ian has over 15 years’ experience in HR Management and is CIPD qualified. Ian has broad experience in private and public sectors and has worked in businesses with 5 to 5,000 employees. Ian has worked with business owners, within large international groups and within unionised environments.
Ian is commercially savvy and looks to support his clients in all areas involving its staff; saving you time is the first prerogative but with a firm eye to the financial and possible legal implications to best protect your business. With strong links to local solicitors, financial services and payroll services, Ian is able to quickly refer you to a specialist provider to meet your requirements as they evolve.


I started Bradley HR Solutions Ltd as a way to support businesses who may not have the need for full time HR support but nonetheless need the help and protection HR can bring to their business.

Even with the basics covered, there will always be issues that arise, but there is no reason to be fearful of these as long as the basics are in place, you are protected. I am here to work with you to ensure that is done and to walk you through every step of the way.

It does not always have to be doom and gloom however; performance appraisal, succession planning and training are all areas that can positively benefit your employees and, ultimately, your business. I am also able to help you look at improving employee benefits – with an eye to costs of course!!

Getting to know you, your business and your team is important to me so I can provide meaningful and relevant advice to you – I am not here to just give you generic, vanilla advice – I want to be able to make a difference and to be able to give you more tailored advice and recommendations, specific to your company.

I am aware time and money are top priority; flexibility is key and I am happy to support you either with a presence in your offices or over the phone on a regular or ad hoc basis.

My aim is that I can pass on knowledge, give you confidence and put in place the policies and procedures to allow you to look after your staff and be a successful business.

Victoria has 15 years’ experience working within a recruitment agency setting recruiting across a wide range of disciplines on both an interim and permanent basis. Victoria has recruited at all levels and is as comfortable recruiting for your offices as your boardroom. She is passionate about helping business recruit the best, but equally passionate to help individuals find the next step in their careers. Victoria has gained a great deal of insight to the recruitment market and understands the pressure points and issues that can disrupt your recruitment plans to help you build a reactive and strategic recruitment plan to suit your business.


I genuinely love recruitment! When I first set foot into my then office as a very naïve graduate, I never realised I was starting a life-long career I would truly adore. My approach was always to get to know the company and the team I would be recruiting into as well as getting to know my candidates and their abilities and aspirations.

But the companies I would work with, would often have multiple recruiters specialising in different department so would have silos of knowledge rather than an all-encompassing recruitment solution.

I cannot wait to join the dots between teams and apply my knowledge of your business to all departments and give you a more comprehensive and streamlined recruitment solution.
